Product Review Skamper-Ramp dba Skamper Industries Skamper-Ramp SKR1/SKR2 Reviewed by: Carrie Agnew This patented water escape ramp gives pet owners and animal lovers peace of mind. Made of highly durable, lightweight polypropolene, it is UV- and chemical resistant. It will not yellow or get "scummy" over time. It is effective because ALL living creatures see white. When in the water, they see the ramp breaking the surface and leading out. Whether it is a frog, squirrel or pet, nothing will drown in the pool when properly installed. The Skamper-Ramp Big Dog can also be used to facilitate a pet's return aboard a boat or dock.

PROS: Protects pets and animals from drowning. Available in 2 sizes: SKR1 for animals CONS: Does not apply to extremely large or hooved animals--pigs, deer, horses, etc. Can not be used on boats that do not have at least 5" of vertical surface to brace against.
